My name is Aisha Jamil. I am currently a 4th year Communications student at George Mason University. I am a pursuing journalist who would one day love to work for CNN or Time Magazine. I was born in Peshawar, Pakistan and came to the United States when I was nine months. I lived in Anaheim for almost five years, but have spent most of my life in Fairfax, Virginia. I have a passion for reading, writing, traveling, politics, books, and poetry.  I am blessed to have certain amazing people in my life such as my parents, my family, my best friend  and my parrot Puck. They are my inspiration. They are my guidance. They are my angels. Being a Communications major, it is obvious that meeting new people is my fervor. Through my 20 years of experience in life, I have learned that people are excitement. People are emotions. People are passionate. And most importantly, people are storytellers. For me, everyone has a story to tell and this here…is my story.
